DJ Name: Lee Nazari (one half of dark knights) Music style: Electro House/ rocking out breaks/ barmitzva Club: My favourite club in the world is Space, Ibiza as it has for me the best sound system, djs and Parties all in one Influences: I have a lot of influencies in my music tastes but what I play out is along the lines of TrentMoller and D Rameirez. I like mainly peak time electro and wicked bad basslines sent straight from a relm not of this dimension, a bit like dungeons and dragons (if it where a bassline!) Fav producers & DJs: I would have to say trentmoller is my favourite producer right now, he is so consistant with everything he makes and has a certain sound which is important as a producer because if your not bringing nothing new to the table then it will be difficult to stand the test of time. D ramierez, dom kane, krafty kuts …… there are too many good djs out there to name one would only be my favourite for the style he/ she plays. Full Biog: I got into promoting nights first after getting frustrated with the boring crap scene bmouth had 4yrs ago, if you didn’t like rnb or soul full house you where left pulling your hair out and having house parties (which got me hooked up with like minded people) so I decided to launch a night, later named Break Da House , with help from doug masters, ben logue and the one known as mr doris. I didn’t start djing till about a year and a half ago, and now I play at BDH and another night I launched at DTD called Perv Circus a dedicated electro and funk night. Other gigs / residencies: I’ve played Ministery Of Sound, Opera House, Somney (Ibiza) Plans for the next 12 months: Push 2020 rocks night and make it a national Brand and try and get a residency in Ibiza with it? Put more time into my production and get my album (dark knights <Mansion Manor>) pressed up and finished. Create world peace! |
